Eight Christmas toys have been pulled from Perth shelves after Consumer Protection's annual silly season sweep of the shops. Flashing reindeer noses and antlers, gift bows, necklaces and baubles that changed colour were among button-battery novelties withdrawn from sale, after product safety officers found them to be unsafe during their pre-Christmas inspection.
